- Logos are preferred in a .pdf. , eps., or an illustrator 10 file.
(vector file format)
- All other logo formats and images need to be about 300dpi at
full size. (tiff or jpeg)
- Low-resolution 72dpi, jpegs downloaded from the internet are
not suggested.
- Please include all images and fonts when sending files.
- If you are unsure about what you need to send please call or
email Lynn or Russ for assistance.
- Using your logo, our artist will create original artwork
- Our artist incorporates your logo, reflecting your company’s image
- In an exclusive design presentation
- We provide up to 3 mock-ups… you choose your favorite!
- Then, we make a film of your exclusive design
- And, our in house silk screen department prints your customized gift
- For all new artwork there is a $75 artwork setup fee ($150 Value)

- Using the prepared film, our printer matches your PMS color
- And silk screens your exclusive design
- Designs are done in one or two colors (depending on the gift)
- More colors are available for an additional fee of $1.00 per color
- After we receive you deposit, have your signed agreement
and artwork approval
- Your customized gifts will be ready to go in 5-7 business days

- Send us your business cards and other promotional material you
wish to include with your gifts.
- We provide you with an order form to fax or email
- Usually, we can bake and ship your gifts the same day your
order is received
- Your gifts will be inventoried in our warehouse for 1 year,
available with fresh cookies when you place every order
