Susan, also known as the Cookie Queen, is the visionary at Cookies From Home. Her sales and marketing skills have taken the concept of gift giving to a whole new level with the wide array and unique presentation of cookie gifts available exclusively at Cookies From Home. Susan's positive and "can do" attitude, along with her relentless pursuit for excellence both in product and service, has inspired the growth and national recognition of what is now a multi-million dollar gift and mail order company.

In addition to Susan's leadership skills as president of Cookies From Home, Susan is also a columnist and vibrant professional speaker. As a passionate "service enthusiast", she sees her mission and purpose to create a customer service consciousness in the marketplace with consumers and corporations alike with her "Serves You Right!" columns and seminars. Because she walks the talk at Cookies From Home and is such a powerful communicator, she has had the privilege to serve clients such as PCS Health Systems, Discover Financial Services, and the Richmond Police Department. With an M. ED., 7 years teaching high school, and now more than 20 years in business, Susan's communication skills and common sense approach to problem solving, inspires and motivates her staff, her cookie customers, and her customer service audiences. Her enthusiasm is so contagious!
